Of course. Almost every search involves very specific, individual combinations of criteria that need to be fulfilled. This is why we target candidates directly; instead of finding numerous applicants, we find fewer, more suitable candidates.

There aren’t any candidates that suit our requirements. So where do you think you’ll find them?

What do your services cost?

Why are you more expensive than your competitors?

We accomplish things that our competitors can’t. That is why our fees are higher.

How do you preselect candidates to ensure that they really match our company and the job profile?

This is also the result of many years of experience and routine. We take each candidate through an 18-step selection process before we even suggest them to our client.
